FAQ

When do I get credits?
After your friend pays and we confirm it. Referral credits apply to new sign-ups only.
How do I use credits?
Use them when you order a VPN on this website. 1 credit = ¥1. Credits can only be used when paying in Chinese yuan (CNY).
Do I earn credits when I pay with credits?
You earn credits only on the amount you actually pay. For example, if a ¥618 plan (30 credits) is paid with ¥30 in credits plus ¥588, you earn 28 credits. If you pay entirely with credits, you earn none. Your referrer still earns in full.
Where can I see my credit balance?
Log in and open My page (in Korean).
Do credits expire?
Yes. Credits are valid for 12 months from the day you earn them, then expire automatically.
Can I get credits back as cash?
No. Credits can only be used for our VPN service.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No limit. The more friends you refer, the more credits you earn.
